These include a range of workshops covering basic living skills and cooking workshops, to physical wellbeing such as women-only, yoga classes, to mental wellbeing such as mindfulness courses, or coping with anxiety.

Through Friends of WAITS (FoW) a number of exciting events are planned throughout each year. FoW provides invaluable fundraising ideas; and then plan, organise and facilitate these ideas to ensure we have the funds to continue to support women in crisis.

In previous years we have promoted International Women’s Day, free management & events planning training, and others in association with partners and collaborators.
