The WAITS Workshop programme offers a vast range of events/workshops; from basic living skills (such as cooking workshops), to physical wellbeing (such as private, women-only, yoga classes), to mental wellbeing (such as mindfulness courses, or coping with anxiety workshops).

The one thing we ask in return:
Once you have signed up to the workshop, we consider that a commitment from yourself that you will attend, and would expect you to let us know, in advance, if you could no longer attend the workshop.
